Don't Worry

Don't Worry

Finding Rest in God's Presence

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30, NIV)
In this passage, Jesus invites us to come to him when we're feeling weary and burdened. He promises to give us rest and to teach us how to live in a way that's gentle and humble. When we're feeling overwhelmed, we can turn to Jesus and find peace in his presence.

God's Presence in Times of Trouble

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." (Exodus 14:14, NIV)
This verse reminds us that God is our defender and that he'll fight for us in times of trouble. We don't have to worry or be anxious; we can simply trust in God's power and presence.

The Watchful Eye of God

"Does he who implanted the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see?" (Psalm 94:9, NIV)
This verse reminds us that God is all-seeing and all-knowing. He's always watching over us and caring for us. When we're feeling anxious or worried, we can remember that God sees and hears us.

Casting Our Cares on God

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7, NIV)
This verse encourages us to cast our cares and anxieties on God, trusting that he cares for us deeply. When we're feeling overwhelmed, we can turn to God and find peace in his presence.

Conclusion

As we reflect on these scriptures, we're reminded that God is our rock and our refuge. He's always present with us, watching over us and caring for us. May we trust in God's power and presence, casting our cares and anxieties on him and finding peace in his presence.
